Mourning the loss of Professor Dan Bader

NPIAP mourns the loss of Professor Dan Bader, BSC, MSC, PHd, DSC

We are saddened to announce that Professor Dan Bader, BSC, MSC, PHd, DSC, passed away on November 5, 2022. Dan was one of those majorly influential people in the pressure injury world. His contributions to the field helped to change our understanding of pressure injuries. A friend and mentor to many, Dan will be fondly remembered and held in high esteem by so many of his colleagues, and former students.
