NPIAP 2024 Small Grant Recipient Announcement

The National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel (NPIAP) is excited to announce the recipients of the 2024 Small Grants program!

The NPIAP Research Committee selected the proposal "Patient and Family Perspectives on Pressure Injury Prevention and Management in the Acute Care Setting" by Kiran Pohar Manhas, BSc (Pharm), MSc, JD, PhD, University of Calgary, and Caitlin Hurd, PT, MSc, PhD, University of Alberta. This study aims to explore the perspectives of patients and families regarding pressure injury prevention and management in the acute care hospital setting.
