Refunds & Cancellations:
All refund requests and cancellations must be emailed to Emily@mckennamangement.com. No cancellations will be accepted or refunds given after February 13, 2020. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
Payment: Full payment of registration fees must be received prior to the start of the conference in order to attend.
Force Majeure: In the event of conference cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, NPIAP is not responsible for expenses incurred by the registrant, but not limited to, cost of airline tickets, other travel, food or lodging.
